Last photo of the Dublin riots.
At last the Gardai re-took the control of the sitaution, backing off everyone, and eventually arresting one of the thugs. When I took this photo, I was next to a guy (100% sure he was a professional journalist) who took a similar photo and got it published on the first page of The Sunday Independent... And I was there!  Ok, I have tried a different scanner, this time I also have scanned the print itself... and it is a bit better. Maybe I will reupload some of the old ones... The guy next to Namelast got his shot on the front page of the NATIONAL paper, so its only fitting this be awarded a Daily Deviation. The fire and smoke really drew me into this image. Pero' venderla ad un giornale... nahhhh... Ha anche un principio di fogging a sinistra (povera macchinetta mia). Ma soprattutto queste foto hanno un valore intrinseco troppo alto per me per (eventualmente) venderle e farle finire su un giornale che domani e' carta straccia. Preferisco condividerle con poche ma buone persone.
